It's funny...I wasn't going to 'count' the weight loss from being sick at first...but then I thought...you know, weight loss is weight loss!!! And, I'm very happy about it.
I just saw a motto that said, "Life is what happens when you're busy making other plans" and I thought...wow, how true is that. I have to step back from myself a few times a day to keep my head on straight and realize why I'm doing this and why I'm here and to make sure I appreciate my life. I figure, this is an accomplishment no matter how I got here. I'm proud of myself, finally.
