I am now completely of my diabetes meds! Life can only get better for me! I have lost 23 Lbs since halloween. I am so thankful for all of you and the atkins diet. I was telling my husband just yesterday that before the atkins i just accepted that i would alwayes be fat. I didn't think i was capable of losing weight. I have now figured out i AM and WILL be losing weight and staying healthy. Again, Thank you all for listening and caring.
