Sometimes the scale doesn't move, and the inches don't change; just cause some of us are slow losers.
When I did the Fat Fast I followed the instructions in DANDR to the letter, and stayed on the Fat Fast for 4 days. It broke my 9 week stall with a 4# loss. However it didn't really seem to alter my metabolism and I continue to lose weight very slowly. The second time I did the FF I didn't lose anything. Now that was
FRUSTRATING
Some folks experience headaches; I did not.
Some folks are hungery; the one time I was hungry the second time I was not hungry at all.
Plan for 3 days and see how you feel before deciding to do a 4th day.
Do space your meals out, or little nibbles of the allowed items.
After the Fast Fat DO follow DANDR about upping your calories from the Fat Fast level to a modified Fat Fast. This will increase your understanding of what level of protein / fat / carbs you can intake to continue losing weight. I didn't lose at all at the modified Fat Fast levels, and instead have been continuing on induction with extra quantities of induction vegetables.
IMHO, an easier approach is to read about Candida Elimination Diet and look into following it. There's a forum for it here, and you can read about my recent success there.

On another line----
So our weight loss journey is extremely slow at the moment. Getting to goal is a journey and I cannot, will not set a date for when this will happen. I know I will get there cause this is my WOE, my WOL. Just as I have to eat this way for life. I don't really see a "goal line" anymore. Cuz when I think about it............am I going to stop when I reach my "goal"? Heck no! Then I'll end up back where I started at!! See what I mean? So it's a half-pound this month, nothing last month, at least we're healthier.
