
I seem to not be able to remember if carrots are allowed on Induction and as I was packing lunch this morning I noticed the bag said 9 carbs for 3 oz.! There were 2 grams of Fiber and the net carbs of the carrots are 7. So as I'm looking through the acceptable list I don't see them. LOL. Obvisously this sounds like a rhetorical question....but I'm grapsing for hope that possibly I just didn't see them on the list b/c I didn't look good enough. (even though ctrl+f couldn't find it either :-(
Help wanted please. Also, what's the best thing to do if you have cheated and I'm saying that in regards to cheating inadvertenly as I assume I have done with the baby carrots. I know not to do it again and just move on, but I read somewhere about upping the intake of your water to flush out your system. Just wanted your thoughts.
