Don't get discouraged - you shouldn't weigh for the first 2 weeks - you weight can go up and down just like that on the scales - I lost 12 lbs in the first 3 weeks then nothing until week 6 (just 2lbs) I can have a 6lb difference some days on those darned scales - I should have them locked away!
