UK Girl,

I am confused (don't worry, it is not you, it is me.......age, blonde etc....lol lol)

ok, answer some questions for me so "maybe" I can help you.

Have you been diagnosed as a diabetic? Pre-diabetic?
Are you on any meds?
Are you testing morning and evening?
The test you had done, was it an A1C?
When did you start Atkins?

Levels will be lower when eating fat (to start). When you eat a fat it slows down your bodies absorption of a carb. Does not stop it completely and sometimes it will just do a slower rise in you BS, sometimes it will show up the next morning or not at all. Everyone is different.

I ask about the test as an A1C is a three month snap shot of your blood. So, that may play into the results?
