Thanks for all the kind words of encouragement; reading this board has me almost psyched to begin.
Last evening I prepared for tomorrow's start by lessening temptation and cleaned out my pantry and fridge of all foods not allowed on the Induction phase. I got rid of unallowed dairy (threw away the soy milk and ate the Ben & Jerrys

). Threw the corn chips out for the squirrels and tossed the bread, open cereals, pastas, and beers (actually I tossed
down the beers

).
Hopefully 'out of sight, out of mind'.
