Re: The hunger | | Hi Faith2Lose, "I know that makes no sense but" , makes perfect sense to alot of us . Remember, just cause you're asleep doesn't mean your body stops burning fat. If you think about the fact that you're eating 3 meals plus snacks when you're awake, and you go how many hours since you last ate??? Make sense?? What I do to handle that in the morning is to drink down that BIG glass of cold water first thing. That seems to settle me down while I fix breakfast, and, believe it or not, makes the breakfast a little more palatable. Also, if you are consuming any fiber supplements (ie: flax or psyllium), first thing is a great time to do it. I know it's hard, but do yourself a favor and only weigh once a week. You're body WILL fluctuate, and once a week will keep you from driving yourself crazy over that pound. Keep up the good work!
