Re: ? | | Oh gosh. Don't do that! Most of them don't work and some of them are actually dangerous. Besides, caffeine is an ingredient in a good many of them and on Atkins, you need to limit it.
Are you exercising? Though I hate it, I do find that I get an energy boost from it.
What about water? Are you getting enough? Atkins is somewhat dehydrating and being only slightly dehydrated can make you feel sluggish.
Why don't you take the money you had planned on spending on those pills (they're expensive!) and put it up towards some fabulous new clothes when you're smaller. At least then, you'll get something concrete and satisfying out of your money.
