Re: Water | | Personally I would suggest that in the first instance and the first stages of the diet, the only thing you do drink is water. Plain old water. Drink it when ever you are thirsty and you all will be good.
Shoot for your 2 litres (64oz) of the clear stuff a day, + an extra 8 oz for every 25lbs you have to lose.
And it doesnt matter when you drink it either.
