[Discolemonade]

just made my first one and YUMMY! I am usually SO picky but this cookie is AB-FAB!!!!!!!!! I crumbled it in a tbsp of HWC and it's like cereal!! I love it!

(I did use 1 tbsp hwc and 1 tbsp of water instead of two water)

2 1/2 minutes in my microwave was too much I would say 2 even for me. Who cares this rocks!

I think if I left out the splenda and cinnamon and used a dash of salt this would make a great cracker for tuna salad!
