. I used to have those from time to time (the morning start are not nearly as bad as the Advantage bars with regards to stalls, but I have pretty much decided to abstain from all bars right now). I actually liked the cinnamon ones. I agree they taste nothing like a cinnamon bun, but they tasted generally pleasant to me.
The apple ones are however, much better.
