I saw this in the store a few days ago. I took a look at the nutritional label and saw... hydrogenated vegetable oil. AKA Trans-fats. You know, the ingredient that Dr. Atkins advises people avoid like the plague, the single most unhealthy thing a person can eat.
I'm disappointed that so many manufacturers are creating "low-carb" products that are contrary to what people on low-carb diets are supposed to eat. |
