Re: Who's 1st day is today? | | Hey there, way to go and getting started right away. I find it's easier to keep on track when I come here and check in, it's very motivating! I'm also trying to think in terms of one day at a time instead of "the rest of my life". I can't do anything about the future, but I can do something right now, this minute, so that's what I'm trying to concentrate on. It seems to be working and really helps.
