Pizza Crust Recipe | | I haven't tried this myself, but someone posted it the other day and I copy most recipes with the word Pizza in them!
Pizza crust
3/4 cup soy protein powder
½ cup cream
3 eggs
seasonings
Spread on cookie sheet.
Preheat oven to 350 and bake for 20 mins.
Remember to season the crust, otherwise it's quite bland!
5 net carbs for the whole crust, 6 total, 1 fiber, 612 calories, 57 fat, 19 protein.
Add whatever toppings you like! |
