I'm the same as Disco. My first month I lost about 27 lbs or so, same the next month. It trickled down over the next few months to 12, 9, 5 etc. I lost about 75 lbs my first 5 months, it was crazy but once I got under 200 it really started slowing down.
Now I pretty much just bounce around the same 5/10 lbs depending on the time of month...
I can still lose about 10 lbs in a few weeks if I cut my calories and do induction but I learned the hard way how stupid that is! Once I go back to OWL and up my calories I gain and then some... and I'm squishier every time!
One thing I noticed when I was losing and it helps to remember now is that I would loose and then stall or even gain a few lbs for a week or so and then drop again. That happened throughout my entire weightloss. But if you just keep going it'll all come off... even when it seems to have slowed down to a snails pace!
