You dont have to start recounting your 14 days again!! (This is an error many new Atkineers fall into, so you are not alone in thinking it

)
If some of us had done that we would never have got off induction!!
Just carry on eating to plan and counting your days till day 14 then weigh and look at the chart in DANDR to see what kind of resistance your body has to weightloss and decide whether to move straight to OWL or extend your induction for a while longer.
Your weightloss in those 14 days might not be as much as it could have been, but you cant redo an initial induction as you have already lost the 'water weight' and are now into fatburning mode anyway.
