Curiosity has me here. First of all, how much cream of tartar do you plan on using? Strictly speaking, it isn't on the acceptable food list for Induction. Most recipes I've seen only include 1 teaspoon or less. Tartaric acid or Cream of Tartar is the additive to baking soda that turns it into baking powder. From a nutritional standpoint, there is only a few calories and a carb in a teaspoonful to my knowledge.
