not quite, Heidi most of your vegetables are on the 'one-cup' vegetable list (in USA courgettes are known as zucchini). So you can have one cup from that list plus 2 cups from the other 'salad vegetables' list which includes mushrooms.

If you dont have your DANDR handy you will find a list of all the veggies on each list in our FAQ forum in the 'what foods can I eat on induction' thread. http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...ead.php?t=6781 (What foods can be eaten on Induction?)

Once you have finished your first 14 days on induction you can start on OWL rung 1 and add another 5 net carbs of these veggies, which could mean an extra 2 cups of cauliflower!
