Hi everyone
today was officially my 14th day..but im a little scared that i mite have ate soemthing that had carbs in it
..i went to a spanish take out place and had beef stew ( but only the beef ..no veggies )..my fear is that the sauce was kinda thick..it taste like tomatoe sauce but really couldn't tell...i hope i didn't mess up induction for me
