I am new to this site and when I found it I was just so pleased with how everyone is so supportive. So I decided to share my success as it's just beginging. I just finished my first week and this is my first time trying this diet and seven days later I lost 6 lbs, and feel great. I have so many reasons to continue with this diet to change my life, and having everyones help will be great.
