I might end up getting more veggies but I have a hard time feeling bad about that. Its fiber and that is a large part of this diet. I'd try to stick to the leafy greens or dark green vegetables at the beginning partly because the nutrient value in these is much higher. It also helps keep you blood sugar stabilized, and keeps you energized for those brisk walks you should start out taking.
