You can have sugar-free gelatin. But Jello Brand gelatin contains aspartame (Nutrasweet) and that is not one of the allowed sweeteners on Atkins.

As for the pudding, what are the ingredients listed on the box? If those ingredients are on the Induction Acceptable Foods list, then the food is Atkins friendly. If it isn't, then it's not.
