It looks as if you are all doing a good job
After the first 14 days Dr Atkins told us to weigh and see how much weight we have lost and look at the chart in DANDR to find out what sort of resistance we have to weightloss.
Anyone who has only lost a tiny proportion of the total weight they hope to lose can stay on induciton for longer but for most of us who lose more than 5% of our total hoped-for weightloss in those 14 days can move to the next (main) weightloss part of Atkins which he called Ongoing Weight Loss (OWL)
In OWL Dr Atkins grouped types of foods into the 'Carbohydrate ladder' which has levels (which here we call rungs).
The idea is to add 5 net carbs of foods on each rung and see how we do with losing weight and feeling fine with no cravings.
So start with the first rung which consists of the same vegetables we were allowed to eat on induction and see how you do.
Some of us stay on the first rung for a while, adding 5 more net carbs every couple of weeks till we are allowing ourself as much veggies as we want, then move to the second rung which is dairy - like milk, yogurt, fresh cheeses (cottage cheese etc) and more of the induciotn-legal cheeses.
We have a whole forum for those with questions on how to do OWL with several useful threads 'stuck' at the top of that forum which you might find more explanatory than the book is.
