This may not be popular but to be successful, one needs to examine if they want this or not and if they do, make a plan. With a plan, you wouldn't go ten hours without food, you'd have a "go to plan" for snacks throughout the day so you wouldn't crave at the end of the day and go off plan. "Slips" don't often "just happen" ... they are a result of failure to plan. |
