Congratulations on the weight you lost the first week ~ and for making the decision to join our group to find the support/encouragement to keep focused on making your goals.
So glad you've read the book and understand how this Way of Life works. Exercise is an important part of toning, burning calories and keeping motivated. Keeping a positive attitude is the best thing to feeling good about the changes you are making in your life-style. The ADBB is a great way to achieve that positive attitude. Come here as much as you can and get active and make friends.
We're all working towards the same goals of health and weight control...so everyone understands and wants to help one another. Have you taken your measurements? Watching the inches melt away is very exciting and a great way to stay motivated.
Check out the recipes and substitute meals - there are so many ideas to keeping your menus from gettting boring. I use a lot of spices to keep my meals interesting and tasty.
My advice is to become comfortable with the changes you make so that you will be able to make them a life-style change. We're all here for you and want to see you succeed, so ask questions, join in the resources available here and enjoy yourself.
