Yes, my idea is... Don't weigh yourself until the 2 weeks is over!

Induction isn't a one week thing, it's 2 weeks. Even then, the idea of induction is to break you from your carb addiction. Not everyone loses a ton of weight during induction, so yes...stick with it and hopefully after two weeks, you feel better and are on the right track to a healthier life!
As far as the food goes, it looks like the right types, how about the quantities? Perhaps you're not eating enough!
