Wow pumpkin has alot of carbs | | Fitday shows 1 cup of pumkin as having 19.8 Carbs, with 7.11 Fiber. So even if you make this dessert=1/2 cup pumpkin, a tbsp butter, 1 splenda, and 1 tbsp heavy cream, the carb count is still huge. How do you guys get this dessert to be low carb. I was under the assumption it was Induction friendly.
