Are you using these snacks in place of a proper meal or are you using them in addition to a proper meal?

If you are using them in place of a proper meal, then you can make your "snacks" smaller portions of a regular meal. For example, if a regular meal is 4 chicken wings, cucumber spears and dressing, you can break it into 2 snacks: chicken wings for one snack and cucumber spears and dressing for the other.

If you are using these snacks in addition to a proper meal, then make sure they are a relatively "high fat" snack---the fat will keep you satisfied between meals. And that high fat snack can be a hard boiled egg, a few slices of pepperoni, chicken salad, etc.
