Real traditional salsa is naturally low carb. Don't overlook regular cookbooks and allrecipes.com I get most of my "low" carb recipes from regular cookbooks especially julia child, various french and mediteranian books. Salsa has always been just veggies and lime. The big companies just started adding sugar because it kept people buying and covered the bland taste of jared old veggies. onion, tomato, celantro and lime is the basic list for regular red salsa.
