Okay, here's the deal.. Carb Options trademark is owned by Unilever Foods which in turn owns:
Lawry's
Ragu
Wishbone
Skippy
and a host of other brands.
What seems to be the case is that they are taking some of their more popular items and producing a low-carb version under the Carb Options label.
While I would prefer making my own sauces, the cost of producing them on a regular basis would make a huge dint in my food budget. So these are certainly an excellent alternative. They aren't overly pricey either. |
