Hi Sevenoclk! i LOVE Heavy Cream also... used it in my Coffee Every Single Day... and i lost during Induction, but after that nothing......... so that was the 1st thing i removed... and all of a sudden i started losing again Thats Why I Gave It Up... Today is my 2 month mark and im still learning What i CAN Have and What i CANT Have... for me, its One Day At a Time...
