Default Re: Dizzy from water/beverages

I don't know if dizzy is the right word for what I experience but when I drink a lot of water in one short time span especially first thing in the morning I get nauseaus (sp) It takes a good 15-20 minutes for the feeling to pass ........ occasionally I still do it but for the most part I know well wnough now to relax and drink slowly letting my dehydrated morning self adjust to the new days fluid levels ..........

No help I know but possibly similar?
