I am on Day 3 and not really happy because....
my biggest problem is having the will power to tell myself no to junk food

although the Atkins/low net-carb bars/shakes and sugar free jello help. I also found that since we are allowed to have 3 tbsp. of cream I mix the unsweetened cream with my sugar-free jello to make a parfait like treat

but I split it out in a cpl of servings. I am also drinking nearly a gallon of water a day which is helping with the wate weight gain I also don't think i'll have to start exercising for another month or so though with as much as I am walking back and forth thanks to all the water.
