Re: Fasting? | | Don't drink V8, it has added sugars and NO fiber and would probably do a number on your blood sugar and make you feel WORSE! Stick with chicken broth (stay away from canned stuff, you wouldn't believe the nasty ingredients--make it yourself from real chicken), water, hot tea, etc.
