Sorry if this is a repeat....
I tried the "lo-carb breadless pizza" and made it with the Carb Solutions spaghetti sauce. It's 5 net carbs per 1/2 cup, so that's like 10 for the whole pizza. There's no WAY I could eat that whole pizza in one day, so I had a yummy meal with only about 8 total carbs.
The Carb Solutions brands seem to be pretty good anyway.
