If I put them on during a cramp the cramp ends so I'm hoping to improve my feet if I use them regularly. I'l have to let you know how it goes. As for enjoying the runs... fake it till you make it. Something as simple as saying, "I got to run 3min - walk - 5 min" instead of, "I had to run 3min - walk - 5 min" will make huge differences in the outlook. I found a great Podcast called by Steve Runner that is just hysterical and fun and helps me stay motivated as well (he even did one called running repulsively about all the bodily stuff that happens during long runs that killed me). |
