Re: Checking In--slow and steady | | You are doing awesome. I am a slow loser as well bcause I am a cheese fanatic. The last time I lost 50 lbs it was pretty steady and I would only eat cheese once in a blue moon. I guess if I want to speed up my progress, I have to cut cheese out.
