D, don't be surprised if things move a little slower this time around. Hopefully it won't be, but I know that has been the case for me. Welcome back to the WOE.

Jesse, how long did it take you and how much did you lose? I read the last page of your blog and I love your attitude. I know these things in my head but I have not yet embraced it and I can't quite pinpoint why. My health and wellbeing are always better on the WOE so why do I let myself slip away? What prevents me from wanting health and feeling good over whatever it is that causes me to jump ship? This is my million dollar question. LOL
