Can you explain to me how owl works? What does WOE stand for?
I read the sticky's on owl but do you just add 5 more carbs in ladder 1, then 2, then 3 and so forth? Until you get cravings or gain weight? I mean how do you find that you can only have so much of fruit carbs vs. nuts or veggies? |
