As to using soy - many people think it is not a good addition to your way of eating - but this would be your choice - a google will bring up lots of references to help you decide if you want to include it at the appropriate time, but personally I dont like the taste of things made mainly with soy.
Thanks! Currently, I have placed myself back into induction. I"m "planning ahead". My net carb today is a whopping 4 thus far.

I agree about Soy. I've read a bunch of papers and tend to think it is, on balance, good for women - so-so for men in moderation.
