If you happen to be on induction still then most of the 'lowcarb' foods will probably contain ingredients that are not allowed on induction, so they will need to be kept till you reach the relevant rung of OWL.
BTW take no notice of the label info as to which level of Atkins they are suitable for, check the list of ingredients - many companies ignore this and just think if it is low in carbs it is OK for Induction!!
As to using soy - many people think it is not a good addition to your way of eating - but this would be your choice - a google will bring up lots of references to help you decide if you want to include it at the appropriate time, but personally I dont like the taste of things made mainly with soy. |
Thanks! Currently, I have placed myself back into induction. I"m "planning ahead". My net carb today is a whopping 4 thus far.
I agree about Soy. I've read a bunch of papers and tend to think it is, on balance, good for women - so-so for men in moderation.
