Re: water advice please I HATE water!!! | | there are only 2 ways for the body to release the fat your burning up--
through your breath and WATER...unless your running everyday you will need the water. and not just that but it also keeps you hydrated and helps others with constipation issue's. I could not drink water also expecially cold water..now I can if it's room temp..seems to work for me.
