Assuming you mean light cream or half and half and 8 slices per recipe, each slice has 389 calories,36 gr of fat,(16 sat 10 mono and 7 poly). It has 168 mg cholesterol, 460 mg sodium, 2 carbs and just a trace of fiber, and 17 gr of protein.
