Hey everyone, I'm going to just jump right in! Sounds like if ketosis isn't getting rid of your appetite just talk to Joe and what his favorite foods are....ahahahaha!!! But I kid, I kid...seriously, I'm just joking.

Anyway, things are good today. I started week 2 of the c25k and it went well. I had a slip up on Saturday but I'm back on track. I made my mom's Quiche recipe yesterday and it's sooooooooo good! Tomorrow I hope to make Wooshie Pie!
