Re: Buddy List June 30th - July 6th | | hello everyone. work actually went fairly well today, i felt so energized all day. hardly seemed like a 10 hr shift. tomorrow will be a long one though, i have to go in 2 hours early to make up time that i will miss going to an allergist for an allergy test. afterwards will have to head back into work to finish the rest of my shift.
i was disappointed that i didn't go for a walk today, but did my push ups, crunches, and squats. then decided to just walk in place(500 steps) to get kind of a walk in.
well i tried one bite of the cottage cheese, and i have to say that was all i needed to know that i dont like it. so i ate yogurt today for my intro to rung 2. it really tasted sweet to me, but still wasn't bothered by cravings after eating it, so that's good.
well off to enter my exercise challenge info and then off to bed. goodnight all,
