What did you eat...how much did that food physically weigh? Have you had a bowel movement? Do you know if your bowel movement was complete or if there might still be fecal matter in your colon? What did you do yesterday? Did you do anything physical that may require your muscles to require to hold extra water for repair?
Tynan, take it from an ex-scale addict, we can't let those minor weight gains get the best of us. If you have ketostix check to see if you're still in ketosis and make sure you take measurements as well! Try to weigh yourself 1 time a week and let that moment be the moment that motivates you instead.
