Im not sure about the ketostrips as I dont use them myself. As far as the book goes, you need the 2002 version of Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution (DANDR). I found my copy in a thrift store for $1. It is the last book Dr. A was involved in before his death and the one this board follows
