Carbless, I was expecting about a 2 lb loss and that wasn't underestimating but I lost 5 from the previous week so a little bit more. Thank You!
Liv- Thank you! I am really excited to move up actually.I totally realize what you're saying, and agree 100% So....hope you don't mind me asking for some advice when I do move up
I love to cook and bake and I can't wait to start working on those project-low-carb recipes I see everywhere. I actually was planning to move up as soon as I started a full work out regimen, which was supposed to be this week, at the end of induction. But, over the weekend my lemon of a car (06 Altima) broke down and it's 200 miles away from home and I'm stressing. I live in Las Vegas so it's 110 degrees out so I can't walk anywhere, and I can't really get to the gym or to a decent supermarket. So I think I have to stay on induction with the selection I have at home...while I'm car-less

. I'm not bored and I'm still trying to figure out how to work out my schedule and get all my veggies in. I am afraid to start something new when my situation is kinda chaotic right now. I honestly believe I am someone who needs to move up so that this becomes permanent for me. I think that's where I failed before and I don't want this to be my umpteenth crash "diet". So hopefully when I get my car back and everything get's settled, I can climb the rungs with my colleagues
