Jimmy, do you remember, me and you evidently joined around the same time. You send me a pm asking why my user id was JEC48 . . . I guess you have Jimmie 48 on the brain! lol. Anyway, at that time I realized you were a racing fan and times were so different on this board. Anyway...since I started low carbing in 02 . . is that right Jimmy or is it 03? I have managed to maintain a 40 lb. loss. At times over the years I have gone as much as 10 lbs up but always manage to get them off before it gets out of control. Right now I am 8 lbs up . . . but not concerned. I know how to get them off. This board taught me.
