Re: Making Adjustments - Think it'll help? | | Don't give up!! Sometimes when you 're-do' Atkins, the weight doesn't come off as fast as it did the first time. Keep at it! Do you use Fitday?? It is awsome for tracking carbs, fats, protein, and calories. I couldn't live without it. I am also taking Cinnamon capsuls, one at lunch and one at dinner. It really helps with cravings, mine are almost gone! Good luck and keep us posted.
